Michael Marcus is the Managing Director of Verity Merger Group.  Having incubated several successful companies of his own, Michael references his entrepreneurial background to lead our company into emerging markets. His corporate career started out as a financial consultant for high net worth investors but quickly advanced when he accepted the position to manage the trading portfolio for a large private fund.

Looking for a more tangible experience Michael journeyed further in order to work hand in hand with clients. He has had a long and prestigious background in consulting with companies, overseeing the acquisition and integration of numerous businesses and real estate. With real industry experience, Michael helps formulate clear plans and priorities and will work with you and your managers to ensure success. Michael understands the need to consider the whole business, its people and its customers and most importantly, the need to listen as well as to communicate.

Ryan Mueller
Director of Real Estate Operations

Ryan Mueller, our Director of Real Estate Operations brings to our firm the background needed to meet our clients objectives related to property acquisitions & divestures. His knowledge is so diverse that he understands every facet of the ever changing real estate industry. From Commercial to residential he clearly understands the art of valuing a property and zoning regulations.

With a degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the University of Florida, Ryan initiated his career at Arvida Realty Services, one of the largest powerhouse real estate brokerage firms in Florida at the time. Ryan’s passion for real estate did not go unnoticed as he received the prestigious firm award for Rookie of the year.

Having maintained his success, Ryan eventually launched several companies of his own including real estate development, mortgage and loss mitigation services.  As a corporate officer and career entrepreneur, Ryan understands the need to stay abreast of developments and trends in the real estate market. His business philosophy is to develop a long term, strategic relationship with his clients.
